4. When there is a paging card pocket, please pay attention to check:

    A. Are the left and right guide plates adjusted too small;

    B. Whether the tension spring on the separation press is too tight;

    C. Is the bag inlet baffle not adjusted properly? If the baffle is too low, the bag will be stuck;

    D. Is the pressure wheel not adjusted properly;

    E. Is there a problem with the bag?

5. The paging effect is obviously not good, and when many bags cannot be separated, pay attention to check:

    A. Whether the bumps on the separation toothed belt are worn flat, if they are flat, replace the separation toothed belt and press the skin;

    B. Whether the tension spring on the separation press is too loose;

    C. Whether the bag has water or other problems such as static electricity;

    D. The operator has too many bags to page at one time or the operation is incorrect.

6. There is a deviation when paging, you should pay attention to check:

    A. Is the guide plate on both sides too small or one side is crooked and not adjusted properly;

    B. The position of the sensor is too low, it will touch the bag;

    C. One side of the bag is too serious, so it should be flattened and paged.

7. Turn off the power switch on the side after stopping the machine every day.

8. The shell of the sorting machine should be grounded to prevent the influence of static electricity on the operator.
